You will coordinate Board meetings, supervise maintenance, perform inspections, respond to homeowner inquiries, and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, specifically within HOA or condo settings.
• Ability to coordinate and lead Board meetings with clear communication.
• Proven track record of preparing agendas, reports, and materials for Board review.
• Strong skills in routine property inspections and proactive maintenance.
• Prompt and professional response to homeowner inquiries and resolution.
• Demonstrated financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and policies to ensure ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead Board meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making
• Prepare detailed agendas, management reports, and all supporting materials for Board review
• Perform routine property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and address issues proactively
• Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries, providing appropriate support and resolution
• Collaborate with emergency services and supervise response efforts when necessary
• Demonstrate strong financial management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight
• Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant laws, local regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance
• Uphold a high standard of service, especially during complex or high-pressure situations
• Advise the Board on operational best practices, fiduciary responsibilities, and strategic financial planning
• Work independently with minimal supervision, displaying initiative and sound judgment
