You will coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas and reports, conduct inspections, respond to homeowner inquiries, and manage budgeting and compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of proven experience in community association management.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and industry regulations.
• Discretion handling sensitive information and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead Board meetings with clear agendas and materials.
• Prepare management reports and materials for Board review.
• Perform routine property inspections and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries with professional support and resolution.
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, reporting and internal controls.
• Advise the Board on fiduciary responsibilities and strategic financial planning.
