RCP Management is seeking an Onsite Community Manager for a residential association in East Windsor, NJ. This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of $85,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.

The role requires CMCA certification, 5+ years in community association management, and knowledge of relevant laws.

• CMCA certification required for the role.
• CAI and/or IREM certifications are strongly preferred.

• Coordinate and lead Board meetings with clear agendas and materials.
• Prepare management reports and board-ready documents.
