Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in the Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor portfolio across a designated territory. You will build strategic plans, engage hospital-based HCPs, and work with cross-functional teams to secure repeat orders and grow market share.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biologic sales, oncology exposure, and a strong track record of meeting quotas. Travel and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 5 years in pharma/biologic sales.
• Oncology experience is preferred, particularly breast cancer.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stemline products in the designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop strategic business plans for key customer opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital HCPs and customers.
• Utilize CRM to plan, monitor, and report sales activities and forecasts.
• Provide post-sales support and respond to customer needs with feasible solutions.
