Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor to drive sales and support within the designated US territory. You will build strategic plans, engage hospital HCPs, and cultivate relationships to expand market share and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong track record in oncology sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license, with significant travel and field-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital HCPs and decision makers.
• Track and report territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues with cross-functional teams.
• Manage CRM-based sales activities and forecasted volume.
