Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor in the United States to drive sales and support of Stemline products within the assigned territory. You will develop strategic business plans, build strong customer relationships, and work with hospital HCPs to expand access and grow market share.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biologic sales with 2+ in oncology, and travel up to 50%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel is required to customer sites, including overnight travel; minimum expected travel is 50%+

Responsibilities

• Sell products to all potential and existing customers in designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for all key customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hospital HCPs and key decision makers.
• Track, report and analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director on a routine basis.
• Provide post-sales support and respond to customer needs with feasible solutions.
• Monitor and update forecasted product volume data and CRM activities.
