Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor in the United States. You will lead sales efforts, build strategic plans, and forge strong relationships with hospital-based healthcare providers to drive revenue and market share in oncology.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pharma/biologic sales, with at least 2 years in oncology. Travel 50%+ is expected. A proven sales record and valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Travel 50%+ requirement including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to all potential and existing customers in designated territory to achieve overall territory revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for all key customer opportunities.
• Serve as a key business partner to clients and develop and maintain strong business relationships.
• Track, report and analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director on a routine basis.
• Develop relationships with hospital HCPs and identify decision makers to facilitate future orders.
• Provide post-sales support for all territory business.
• Plan, prioritize, monitor, and track all sales cycle events using CRM.
• Monitor and report customer satisfaction, support, or issues to the Regional Sales Director.
