Job summary

Menarini Stemline in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor. You will drive sales and support for Stemline products across hospitals and clinics, building strong relationships, and planning strategic opportunities to grow market share while meeting revenue targets.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment requiring travel, weekend coverage, and close collaboration with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years pharma/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel is required to customer sites, including overnight travel; minimum ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to designated customers to achieve territory revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
• Track and analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director.
• Engage hospital HCPs, identify decision makers, and facilitate orders.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues with cross-functional teams.
• Manage CRM-based sales activities and forecast data.
• Meet individual sales targets and complete required training.
• Work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
