AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead strategic promotion of an oncology drug, building senior stakeholder relationships and driving adoption. The role demands a dynamic, results‑oriented professional with deep pharmaceutical sales experience and the ability to travel extensively.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, educate care providers, and participate in local oncology events to support market access and patient care.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time and manage senior accounts.
• History of leading key account management teams for complex customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze territory level sales data.
• Proactively communicate with marketing on development and implementation of selling materials.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to support key accounts within the geography.
• Teamwork with other account managers across the country.
• Engage care teams and manage adverse event mitigation per product protocols.
• Educate patient care teams about initiation and managing patients per protocols.
• Attend local oncology society meetings, conferences, patient programs and advocacy events.
• Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for entry into facilities within the territory.
