Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager for the Los Angeles area. Remote-US-based candidates only. You will lead territory-level sales, drive access for patients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial results.

The ideal candidate has 12–15+ years in biopharma sales with oncology product launch experience, can travel ~50%, and will reside permanently in the territory to build trusted relationships and maximize patient impact.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MS/MA degree required; 12–15+ years biopharma experience.
• 8–12+ years oncology product sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience launching oral oncolytics and oncology products with companion diagnostics.
• Proven success in competitive marketplaces and solo-representative selling environments.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and reside permanently in the assigned territory.
