Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager for a remote US-based role focused on driving territory-level oncology sales in a competitive market. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare customers, tailor engagements to their preferences, and help ensure access to innovative therapies for patients.

You will partner with internal teams on planning, market insights, and field execution, balancing virtual and in-person engagements to maximize impact and patient access.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in biopharma industry.
• 8-12+ years of oncology product sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience launching oral oncolytics with companion diagnostics.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and reside in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Market the oncology product portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Exceed performance goals by communicating product benefits for patients and providers.
• Manage time efficiently to prioritize high-impact customer engagements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support patient access to products.
