Ladders is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager for the Los Angeles North region. This remote role targets strategic oncology product promotion, customer engagement, and disciplined account management to drive territory performance.

You will collaborate with internal partners to support patient access, adapt between virtual and in-person engagements, and leverage market insights for stronger business planning.

Qualifications

• MA, MS, BA or BS degree required.
• 12-15+ years of experience in biopharma.
• 8-12+ years in oncology product sales.
• Track record of successful oncology product launches.
