Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead an oncology portfolio across the US, with a Manhattan-based focus. This senior, territory-based role emphasizes patient access, customer relationships, and achieving performance goals, combining virtual and in-person engagement to drive adoption of the portfolio.

The position requires a durable track record in biopharma oncology, plus extensive sales experience and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in biopharma
• 8–12+ years of oncology product sales experience
• Experience with launching oral oncolytics and companion diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Market the oncology portfolio within the assigned territory
• Exceed performance goals by highlighting product benefits for patients
• Manage time to prioritize activities that increase brand value and patient impact
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product access for eligible patients
• Adapt engagement strategies for virtual and in-person interactions
• Analyze market data to guide business planning and resource use
• Build deep customer relationships and provide innovative solutions
