Ladders is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager for a remote, US-based territory (Richmond) to drive oncology product adoption and expand patient access across an assigned market.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and key accounts to influence outcomes through planning, relationship management, and customer engagement, with travel up to 50% and a mix of virtual and in-person engagements to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in the biopharma industry.
• 8–12+ years of oncology product sales experience.
• Experience launching oncology products, especially oral oncolytics.
• Travel approximately 50% and reside in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Market the company’s products in the designated territory.
• Exceed goals by positioning product benefits for patients.
• Prioritize engagements to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure patient access.
• Adapt between virtual and in-person engagements per customer preferences.
• Analyze market data to inform business planning and optimize calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
