IDEAYA Biosciences is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead strategic territory coverage for darovasertib in the US. The role blends scientific acumen with account leadership to drive adoption in complex academic, community, and referral-based networks.

The position emphasizes high-level clinical and market intelligence, autonomy in execution, and close collaboration with Medical Affairs and Value & Access teams. Hybrid work is available with office and field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, especially oncology.
• Ability to engage in advanced scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, and darovasertib's mechanism of action.
• Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level account strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear, compliant product education.
• Lead pre-launch and launch activities aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify and optimize referral networks across patient journeys.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support accounts.
• Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders for brand strategy and lifecycle planning.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time.
