Job summary
IDEAYA is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead launch and adoption of darovasertib within a designated geography, acting as a trusted partner to academic and community oncology stakeholders. This field-based role reports to the Regional Business Director and requires deep disease-state expertise and account leadership with high autonomy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical sales related experience; minimum 5+ years oncology sales experience.
- Proven success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the US.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma and darovasertib.
- Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level account strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with academic oncologists and ocular specialists.
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, compliant product education.
- Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across patient journey.
