Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical sales related experience; minimum 5+ years oncology sales experience.
• Proven success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the US.
• Residence within assigned geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma and darovasertib.
• Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level account strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and stakeholders.
• Translate complex clinical data into compliant product education.
• Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned with national brand objectives.
• Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services.
• Act as the voice of the customer, delivering insights to brand strategy.
• Utilize analytics to optimize resource deployment and account prioritization.
• Adhere to budgets, CRM reporting, and timelines; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel: ~80%.
