Job summary

IDEAYA Biosciences in Nashville/Memphis region seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead territory strategy for darovasertib, engaging academic oncologists and community leaders. You will drive adoption in a complex ecosystem, coordinating with Medical Affairs and Access teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

You will translate clinical data into compelling education for diverse stakeholders, manage budgets and CRM, and travel extensively to build durable regional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or life sciences.
• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical sales experience; 5+ years oncology sales.
• Experience launching first-in-class or specialty oncology products.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma and darovasertib.
• Develop and execute sophisticated territory and ecosystem strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with academic oncologists and stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear, compliant product education.
• Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify and activate referral networks across patient journeys.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services.
• Deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Use analytics to optimize resource deployment and prioritization.
• Maintain budgets, expense reporting, CRM, and timelines.
• Ensure promotional activities meet standards.
• Travel: ~80%.
