IDEAYA Biosciences is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead the launch and adoption of darovasertib in a designated US territory. You will act as a conduit of clinical and market intelligence, engaging with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

This field-based role requires strategic account leadership and deep product knowledge. Reporting to the Senior Regional Business Director, you will drive awareness and product utilization while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, biological sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 5+ years in oncology.
• Proven success launching first-in-class or specialty oncology products in the US.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, and darovasertib.
• Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level account strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and stakeholders.
• Translate clinical data into clear, compliant product education for stakeholders.
• Lead pre-launch and launch activities aligned with national brand objectives.
• Identify and optimize referral networks across the patient journey.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services.
• Provide actionable customer insights to inform brand strategy and lifecycle planning.
• Use analytics to optimize resource deployment and account prioritization.
