Job summary

AbbVie Oncology is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead launch and promotion of a new oncology therapy in the United States. You will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive adoption across your territory.

You will analyze territory data, collaborate with marketing, and educate care teams on protocols, while traveling as needed to engage customers and meet HCIR credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales.
• Strong analytics with business acumen including budget planning.
• History of lead key account management for complex customers.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Launch experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Omni-channel balance of in-person promotion with digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze territory level sales data.
• Proactively communicate with marketing with feedback on materials.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to support key accounts.
• Teamwork with other account managers across the country.
• Engage care teams and manage adverse event mitigation.
• Educate patient care teams about initiation and protocols.
• Attend oncology society meetings, conferences, and events.
• Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facilities in territory.
