Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Onboarding Specialist to drive a best-in-class new hire experience nationwide.

You will guide candidates through pre-employment steps, run in-person HQ orientations and regional virtual sessions, and collaborate with HR to optimize onboarding processes. The role reports to the Senior Manager, HR Compliance and requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of corporate experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, HR, or related area.
• 5+ years of corporate experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first line of onboarding support for candidates and new hires nationwide.
• Guides candidates through pre-employment steps, drug screening, and paperwork.
• Leads biweekly in-person onboarding at headquarters and regional virtual orientation.
• Maintains onboarding content and tools to remain current and engaging.
• Prepares executive onboarding plans with the Chief of Staff for VP+ hires.
• Gathers feedback at key milestones and suggests improvements.
• Partners with Talent Development to support learning and cohort activities.
• Supports internship/externship programs and related events.
