HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Onboarding Specialist to deliver a premier new hire experience from offer to start date. You will guide new hires through pre-employment steps and equip managers to onboard effectively, while leading in-person HQ orientations and supervising regional virtual sessions.

You will partner with HR Compliance, Recruiting, and Talent Development to ensure a seamless, engaging onboarding journey that mirrors HITT's culture and values across all sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Hospitality, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of corporate experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish language skills a plus; Workday experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Be the first-line onboarding contact for new hires nationwide and ensure access to vital information with white-glove service.
• Facilitate pre-employment steps, drug screening, and onboarding paperwork; confirm first day location and IT equipment.
• Lead biweekly in-person new hire orientation at HQ and supervise regional virtual orientation.
• Manage onboarding content, paperwork, and tools to keep information current and engaging.
• Coordinate executive onboarding plans with senior leaders and gather milestone feedback for continuous improvements.
