Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, access issues, and Workday-related functions across Clinical and Government Services. The role includes managing staffing fluctuations of around 3,000 employee profiles plus 1,200–1,400 seasonal staff, ordering equipment, troubleshooting access, and partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, and/or PBM experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) with intermediate Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUPs).
• Able to lead projects and create/update work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight including database maintenance and equipment orders.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Resource Planning and HR to forecast staffing changes.
• Lead team projects, diagnose and resolve complex business challenges.
