Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, Access issues, and Workday functions across Clinical and Government Services. They will onboard 3,000 employee profiles and seasonal staff, order equipment, troubleshoot access, and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT.

The Senior Analyst will research problems, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues while driving process improvements and cost

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, and/or PBM

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting)
• Work with Operational Leadership and business partners to understand staffing changes and risks
• Lead and own projects, diagnose and resolve complex business challenges
• Assist and lead Access Issue Resolution (Ticket Management, Troubleshooting, IAM/IT coordination)
• Participate in ad hoc and recurring meetings on onboarding and hiring items
• Backup for maintaining Employee Profile Information and training coordination
