Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• LEED GA preferred.
• Experience with RFI, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes.
• Field coordination, quality control, and safety oversight.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety on the jobsite and adheres to safety best practices.
• Assists the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and administration of assigned projects/scopes of work.
• Reviews RFIs, submittals, and prepares submittal schedules; communicates deficiencies.
• Facilitates VDC coordination using Revit/Navisworks and coordinates with trades.
• Takes and distributes accurate meeting minutes, including safety meetings.
• Maintains document control logs and tracks document changes through buyout and construction phases.
• Supports schedule tracking and progress reporting; reviews delay logs and adjusts plans.
