Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume duplicating and mailroom equipment, and to support on-site services at customer locations in Seattle. The role reports to the Site Manager and requires strong communication with customers and team members.

Key duties include handling service calls, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of completed work.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, or bindery equipment.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Respond to and coordinate all service calls required by customer.
• Deliver completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the site.
• May travel between customer’s buildings.
• Provide reception duties as needed.
