Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to manage high-volume copying, mail, and bindery tasks at customer sites. You will troubleshoot equipment, set up machines, and occasionally perform reception duties as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, coordinating service calls, and delivering finished work to client locations. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience are required, with valid driver's license often preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operates high volume copying, production, sorting, mailing, or bindery equipment and performs associated copying tasks.
• Ships and receives products and supplies; handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes and postage.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and elevates calls to technicians.
• Sets up equipment per customer instructions (toner, paper, etc).
• Performs scanning/image duties and may provide reception services.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventory of supplies.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations and maintains service logs.
