Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Senior On-Site Service Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. This 2+ month contract role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to lead up to 6 direct reports in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities include scanning and preparing files, ordering supplies, and using office machines. The position is onsite with standard daytime hours and physical tasks up to 55 lbs as part of repairs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma, GED and 1-2 years of related experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance per policy.
• Excellent customer service skills and good PC skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Mathematical and filing skills; ability to use office machines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Shift: 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch.
• Scan and prepare files to scan; order supplies; interact with customer.
• Demonstrate strong communication, assertive attitude, and organizational skills.
• Typical office environment with standard lighting, temperature and noise.
• Moderate dexterity; keyboard/hand tools; long periods of standing or walking.
• Lifting up to 50-55 lbs; moving items up to 700 lbs during repairs.
