Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals at customer sites, train end users, and help grow revenue with billable services and supplies.

The role covers a 2‑hour radius from Phoenix with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule (overtime may be required). Travel, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are required, with a company car provided within

Qualifications

• Customer service and client relationship building.
• Able to collaborate in a team and provide customized solutions.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals at customer sites.
• Provide end-user training and create job aides for client administrators/operators.
• Contribute to revenue growth through sales leads and billable professional services—earn commissions on supplies and/or services you sell.
• Deliver solutions remotely and onsite.
• Work independently and make decisions without immediate direction of management.
• Stay up to date on Pitney Bowes industry knowledge.
