Job summary

Dataprise is seeking an on-site Network Associate to support clients in the Phoenix area. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure networks, and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver top-tier IT services.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, and security appliances, with opportunities for growth and exposure to VIP executives.

Qualifications

• Several years of related experience, ideally working face-to-face with external clients in the Managed Services or IT Services industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer incidents by providing onsite, telephone, and email support to Dataprise clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to computer hardware and software problems.
• Configure and troubleshoot technologies including Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Group Policy, and Office applications.
• Collaborate with a great team to identify solutions and elevate to more senior teammates or external resources as needed.
• Learn a ton, be faced with new challenges daily, and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies while working with VIP/C-level executives.
