Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in construction, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Experience conducting safety audits and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections and jobsite audits.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training sessions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations.
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
• Partner with site leadership to reinforce safe work practices.
• Monitor proper PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols.
