Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Field Service Technician for the Phoenix, AZ area. The role requires autonomous, high-performing work with a focus on customer service and client relationships. Primary service area is within 2 hours of Phoenix, with some travel beyond this radius.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional overtime. The wage range is $25/hour, dependent on skills and location. You will install software and hardware, train end-users, and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications

• Understanding of DB connectivity and record set manipulation.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Understanding of network configuration, operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment in products and technology.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals at customer sites.
• Provide end-user training and create job aides for client administrators/operators.
• Contribute to revenue growth through sales leads and billable services; earn commissions on supplies/services.
• Deliver solutions remotely and onsite.
• Work independently and make decisions with minimal management direction.
• Stay up to date on Pitney Bowes industry knowledge.
