Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for the community, manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and staff performance. The role involves ensuring safety standards, coordinating with the Community Manager, and supervising vendors to maintain property quality.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, inventory control, and adherence to budget while maintaining exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Able to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management for the community and staff; oversee service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; manage inventory and budget adherence.
• Maintain records of service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and make-ready status.
