Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations at a multifamily community. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality, safe living environments for residents.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager, manage vendors, and uphold OSHA safety standards while maintaining a proactive maintenance program and accurate records. This is a full-time, on-site role with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• On-site maintenance leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations for the community.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure timely work orders.
• Plan, schedule, and respond to resident requests and emergencies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
