Cayuse Holdings is seeking an on-site IT support professional to deploy and support IT infrastructure and end-user devices at client sites in Alaska. The role emphasizes机n adherence to client IT policies, asset lifecycle management, and user assistance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT support experience, holds 8570 IA baseline and CE certs, and can obtain Interim Secret clearance. Responsibilities include configuring desktops, printers, and software, troubleshooting, and coordinating with

Competenze

• AA/AS or equivalent
• 8+ years of professional IT support experience
• 8570 IA Baseline Certification at IAT Level I
• 8570 IA CE certification
• Experience in a government environment
• Knowledge of incident resolution and user assistance
• Experience lifecycle replacement of IT equipment
• Hands-on support for Windows 10/11 and Office 2013/365

Mansioni

• Provide advanced technical, operational, and training support for PCs and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and test desktops, laptops, and output devices.
• Configure OS baseline images and security configurations.
• Install, test, and verify software packages and patches.
• Troubleshoot PC, device, and peripheral incidents to identify root causes.
• Coordinate hardware repairs with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate LAN issues to network or system admins when needed.
• Evaluate and optimize system configurations and deployments.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in ticketing/knowledge systems.
• Provide user training on hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Help develop SOPs, checklists, and support documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
