Job summary

Environmental Resources Management Iberia is seeking a Lead Construction HSE Manager to provide on-site safety leadership for a pharmaceutical megaproject in Indianapolis. You will lead a safety team, coordinate with Client Project Leaders, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company protocols.

The role requires extensive on-site construction safety experience, advanced certifications, and the ability to drive continuous improvements in HSE performance while reporting to Client and EPC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety, or occupational health and safety.
• 20 years of on-site construction health and safety experience, including 8+ years in management.
• Professional certifications such as CHST, ASP, or CSP are preferred.
• Pharmaceutical or high-tech mega-project experience is highly desirable.
• Experience leading HSE programs on mega construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry and Construction standards.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction, confined space, and fall protection training preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to multitask, travel, and work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and client service skills, coordinating field personnel and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site Lead for ERM's HSE team, working directly with Client Project Leaders.
• Meet with Client Project Leaders monthly to review timelines and metrics.
• Guide implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE management system on the megaproject.
• Act as primary interface between Client, EPC leadership, and ERM PMO.
• Lead HSE risk assessments for all phases, including pre-task planning.
