Job summary

ERM is seeking a Lead Construction HSE Manager to provide on-site support for a pharmaceutical client in Lehigh Valley, PA. You will lead a safety team for construction activities, interact with project leaders, ensure health and safety regulatory compliance, and oversee all HSE tasks on site.

The role is full-time (40-72 hours/week), limited-term for 12 months with renewal, requiring a strong track record in construction health & safety leadership and extensive on-site experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety, or occupational health and safety (preferred).
• 20 years on-site construction health & safety experience, with minimum 8 years in management.
• Certification in CHST, ASP, and/or CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site Lead for ERM's HSE owner’s representative team, working with Client Project Leaders.
• Lead risk assessments across all project phases and supervise HSE managers and specialists.
• Coordinate HSE program delivery with Client, EPC Leadership, and ERM PMO; drive safety improvements.
