QCS Staffing Ltd seeks a Senior HSE Lead for a US-based, Ohio project. The role supports a next-generation pharmaceutical build, providing senior HSE leadership across the program and coordinating with project leadership, contractors and site teams to ensure robust risk reduction and compliance.

The position emphasizes tailoring HSE frameworks to project phases, strengthening governance and ensuring readiness as construction transitions to operations within a major regulated facility program.

Qualificações

• Senior HSE leadership on capital projects with responsibility for HSE strategy, systems and delivery.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or other regulated/high-hazard industries.
• Proven experience creating or improving HSE management systems.
• Experience supporting commissioning, startup and operational readiness; evolution of HSE controls from construction to operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HSE across assigned projects, establishing priorities, responsibilities and escalation with leadership, contractors and site teams.
• Serve as senior HSE partner to project/operational leadership, advising and driving risk reduction actions.
• Review, develop and improve HSE management systems and governance structures.
• Tailor HSE programmes to project risk and delivery phase while aligning with standards.
