Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety leader for a Denver-based project. You will enforce EH&S programs, train teams, and guide environmental and hazardous materials reporting to meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong communication, safety program development, and the ability to work with owners, project leadership, and subcontractors on-site. Travel is required, and the position is not remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety/Engineering or related field required.
• CHST certification required or within 6 months of appointment.
• OSHA 30-hour training completed; First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED certifications kept current.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and local EH&S regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and enforce EH&S on a single construction project per HQ policy.
• Develop action plans to mitigate safety risks and improve awareness.
• Coordinate training of EH&S policies for project leadership and teams.
