Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of corporate desk-side support experience with emphasis on Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Physical ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on end-user devices.
• Use ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and lifecycle management.

Skills

Knowledge of multiple manufacturers and operating systems
