Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking an on-site IT support technician for a large corporate environment in New York City. The role focuses on deskside support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and device deployment.

You will handle Windows and Mac problems, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a high school diploma and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows OS in a corporate setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
• Familiar with AV conferencing systems, printers, and PC hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support in a large corporate environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software for Windows and Mac devices.
• Install, move, add, and change equipment; manage device setup.
• Maintain configurations and documentation; track incidents in ticketing system.
• Support remote facilities and on-site users; after-hours support as needed.
• Assist with data backup/restoration and asset inventory.
