Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to manage high-volume copy production, maintenance of customer-site equipment, and related duties. The role includes setup, scanning/imaging, mail handling, and potential front-desk tasks as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience, strong problem-solving, and basic MS Office proficiency. Occasional overtime and travel between buildings may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer (toner add, stocks paper, etc).
• Performs duties of scanning and/or imaging documents and may perform reception tasks.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
• Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
