Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Warren, MI is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate and maintain high-volume copying, mailing, and bindery equipment on customer sites.

You will handle setup, troubleshooting, and basic repairs, travel between buildings as needed and support reception or mailing duties as required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years related experience, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Ensures copiers are working properly and checks quality via daily inspections.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and elevates to technicians.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer (toner, paper, etc).
• Performs duties of scanning and imaging documents.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Distributes office supplies, mail and fax transmissions as required.
• Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations within and outside the site.
• Maintains daily meter and service logs and may travel between buildings.
