Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to provide operations support on high-volume copying, production, and mailing equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities include maintenance and basic repair of copier systems, setup, troubleshooting, and coordinating with technicians.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years related work, valid driver's license, and proficient MS Office skills. Occasional overtime and travel between customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate high volume/production copy machines and perform binding/finishing.
• Ensure copiers are functioning properly with daily quality checks.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and escalate to technicians as needed.
• Set up equipment per customer specifications (toner, paper, etc.).
• Handle shipping/receiving, mail processing, and related duties.
• Maintain daily meters and service logs; coordinate service calls.
• Travel between customer sites and perform occasional receptions or room setups.
