Job summary

FLINT is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to oversee scheduling, coordination, and on-time, budget-conscious delivery of construction projects. You will lead a team of project engineers, QC personnel, and coordinators, and promote Lean Construction and Last Planner System methodologies.

You will implement site safety and quality plans, manage subcontractor negotiations, and collaborate with superintendents to ensure material deliveries and issue resolution, while communicating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience in project engineering or management.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Viewpoint, Bluebeam, Pype, GCPay, and MS Office.
• Understanding of different delivery methods and contract types.
• Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
• Experience with Lean Construction and Last Planner System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects.
• Lead and mentor project engineers, QC personnel, and coordinators.
• Implement site safety and quality control plans.
• Manage subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with project superintendents to oversee materials deliveries.
