Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for an on-site role in Bryan, TX. You will supervise project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor activities to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of commercial construction management experience, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, and a track record of coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors. LEED AP or related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in commercial construction management.
• Plus: LEED AP, DBIA, ASHE certifications is a plus.
• Ability to manage project teams and meet schedules.
• Willingness to travel or work on remote projects when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project estimates, bids, and resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and contract administration.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure closeout documentation and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with owner representatives, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
