Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent (5-25+ years) to lead field operations on construction projects in the Austin, TX area. You will manage schedule development, subcontractor coordination, and budget adherence from day one, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, safety discipline, and the ability to drive project progress while maintaining open communication with the project team, owners, and vendors

Qualifications

5-25 years of construction experience with leadership in field projects.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Attend post-award reviews and receive project details.
Develop project schedules and resource plans with the project manager.
Direct overall construction activities to meet specs and schedule.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with plans and progress.
Maintain safety standards and daily project diary for progress tracking.
