You will empower the project team with tools and leadership to keep schedules tight and quality high, while adhering to safety and company policies across the site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Experience leading wood, steel, and concrete commercial multifamily projects.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project details.
• Prepare schedules and staffing/planning for projects.
• Direct and control the construction project to meet specs and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with project timelines.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of changes to schedule.
