ARCO Companies seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead construction projects with 5–25+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a project lead role. You will manage administrative tasks and field operations from day one, ensuring on-time completion within budget and per specs.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and collaboration with project teams, owners, and architects, with travel and multiple duties supporting project success and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a project lead Superintendent.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings and receive project information.
• Prepare a schedule of construction activities and staffing needs.
• Direct and control the construction project to meet specifications and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with project schedules.
• Inform supervisors of schedule changes and assist in cost reporting.
• Maintain daily diary of significant project facts and approvals.
