Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a safety‑driven construction leader to oversee project execution from preplanning through completion on major build sites in Dallas. You will coordinate with the project manager, subcontractors, and owners to ensure on-time delivery, safety compliance, and profitability.

The role requires 5–25 years of construction experience, OSHA certification, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing/walking long periods, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Assist the project manager in preparing schedules, organization structure, staffing, and equipment requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and schedule, ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports to reflect actual costs.
